职位描述
1.操作Wincos系统并且时刻监控生产运行；
1）启动和停止生产线
2）监控配料秤称量，对出现的称量不足或称量过量进行处置
3） 根据每日生产计划合理安排生产顺序，使设备的效率较高
4）根据生产计划和技术要求，给每个产品分配生产线
5）通过对讲机提醒各岗位的工作，例如通知及时补料
6）记录并保存生产过程中任何重要的信息，例如某一个生产线的停机时间
7）对WinCos系统提示的错误进行及时的回应，例如，系统报告Q52阀门出错，中控员需要及时通知维修人员进行处置。
2.给生产人员及维修人员提供信息以协助其工作；
3.及时地向生产经理汇报生产异常问题以及职责范围外的问题；
4.不得泄漏“员工手册”中所规定的信息。
其他要求：
1、大专或同等学历以上；
2、两年以上工作经历，最好是食品或饲料行业；
3、基本的沟通技能，电脑技巧；
4、有一定的英语基础；
5、有良好的组织协调能力；
6、能承受压力；能够加班。
