The Automation and Control Solutions (ACS) Centre of Technical Accounting (COTA) will drive best business practices in our finance organization and will work directly with our internal customers to ensure a first class service is delivered. This will be achieved by:

Working within ACS to improve procure to pay (P2P) processes to drive best business practice in ACS finance organization.
Active management of third party service providers
Acting as a vehicle to deliver new systems and processes for the Asia Pacific SAP rollout, ensuring compliance with the CPS Model and ACS Accounting Policies
Support the implementation of new business, systems and processes into the COTA
Managing process performance to drive continuous improvement

The P2P Manager will oversee the full P2P cycle for third party and intercompany vendors. The P2P manager and the P2P team is responsible for delivering key metrics and analysis to fulfil Honeywell Operating Systems (HOS) requirements.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Procure to Pay manager will be:

Lead and manage the recruitment, development, reward, recognition and performance of the P2P team.
Build effective working relationships with other COE Teams, Finance business partnership teams and co-source partner.
Refine key performance indicators; measure performance using reports against defined metrics, Service Level Agreements and Statement of Works; initiate and review cost/benefit analysis of activities that may enhance this process.
Maintain policies and procedures in line with Honeywell established policies for the P2P processes; continuously improve process design focusing on simplification, standardisation, quality improvement and cost minimisation; evaluate best practices with global peers and become best practice sponsor.
Use exception reporting and root cause analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement; liaise with internal ACS functions to drive improvement.
Support business controls compliance for Sarbanes-Oxley and ensure segregation of duties are adhered to.
Champion ACS & support Corporate finance transformation projects.
Manage ACS business purchasing VAT with zero loss.
Support ACS business to drive intercompany AP, third party AP and intercompany AR dispute solutions, TAP/GRNI account analysis, reconciliation review and work with co-source partners highlighting areas of concern and developing action plans to address them.

Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and Six Sigma
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience / Qualifications
6 years managerial experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting environment, with good knowledge of accounting concepts and procedures
Excellent academic record (university Finance/Accounting degree holder); MBA is a plus.
Strong understanding of the P2P process in a large manufacturing/multi-national company environment
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HFM and Oracle/SAP skills
Leadership skills, able to motivate and empower team members
Excellent conflict resolution skills, able to identify and resolve problems by influencing interested parties
Fluent in both oral and written English
Six Sigma certification is a strong plus
