Essential Duties and Responsibilities
GL-
? Responsible for journal posting and month end closing.
? Responsible for financial statements and reporting under PRC/US GAAP.
? Responsible for monthly TB reviews and sub-ledger reconciliation
? Tracking monthly expense and keep it matches with the budget and the forecast.
? Monthly expense review and provide the analyses report.
? Cash flow and follow up.
? To support the statutory audits and follow up requested corrective actions
? To assist internal control process improvement
? Be responsible for Fixed Assets maintenance, depreciation, periodically counting and disposal and other relevant issues
? Monthly expense accrue and amortization.
Costing-
? Be responsible for costing financial activities in manufacturing operation, including cost accounting, inventory control, and mfg operation support.
? Keep focus on inventory control, drive and support factory operation to achieve inventory turnover target;
? Periodically review inventory status to ensure proper reserve on obsolete inventory items and timely scrap non-usable items.
? Be responsible for daily monthly & annual physical counting.
? New product cost calculation
? Review the standard cost and update.
? Be responsible for annual manufacturing business plan, budget control, variance analysis, etc
? Reconcile the month end G/L module and inventory module
? Month end closing for costing module , to ensure all period end procedures are completed on a timely and accurate basis.
? Material cost tracking and analysis
? Labor and overhead rate computation and update
AP-
? Invoices input into Account Payable module.
? Perform Account Payable reconciliation.
? Intercompany reconciliation
? Analysis payable age of accountant and follow up
? Complete age of accounts payment application timely.
TAX-
? Tax reconciliation with finance system and golden tax system.
? Other tax work like customs, business tax, stamp duty, IIT.
? Monthly tax declaration.
? Complete monthly tax reporting to local tax authority
? Responsible for annual EIT filling,
? Provide tax analysis per request from tax bureau.
? Maintain good relationship with local tax authority.
Other-
? Some other task for office and finance.
? Well use the accounting software, well book keeping.
? Understand the business flow, internal control flow follow up.
? Finishing the given tasks within financial deadlines.
? Coordinating implementation of financial rules and regulations.
? Finishing other tasks from supervisor.
Skills requirements
? 3-4 years manufacturing finance working experience in an international company.
? Knowledge of relevant financial policies, laws, rules and regulations.
? Knowledge of the relevant financial software.
? Knowledge of economics and accounting process.
? Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
