职位描述

Position Objectives:
Lead global team(s) responsible for growth of Geometric business in existing customer account(s) through development of account strategies, building of effective relationships, and application of structured sales methodologies. Responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives for assigned account(s).

Position requirements:
?Meets all the requirements of Account Executive plus:

?Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, and global accounts
?Demonstrated ability to manage complex political and cultural landscape
?Demonstrated track record of identifying and selling large and complex deals
?Demonstrated track record of successfully competing with formidable consulting, SI, ISV’s and Engineering Service companies.
?Experience in development and management of business partnerships with ISV’s, Systems Integrators, and Engineering Service providers
?Knowledge and experience in selling PLM, Consulting, and Engineering Services.
?Ability to promote Geometric brand and image within the assigned industry vertical through leadership roles in industry societies, participation in conferences, etc.

Business Development:

?Meets all the requirements of Account Executives with an ability to execute in large, complex, and global account(s)

Account Planning Management & Partnership Management:
?Meets all the requirements of Account Executives with an ability to execute in large, complex, and global account(s)

Alignment with Geometric Organization:
?Meets all the requirements of Account Executives with an ability to execute in large, complex, and global account(s)

Quality Systems & Processes:
?Meets all the requirements of Account Executives with an ability to execute in large, complex, and global account(s)

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

?Achieves assigned revenue targets
?Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
?Achieves customer objectives defined by Geometric management.
?Completes customer account plans that meet Geometric standards.
?Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet Geometric standards and expectations
?Builds and qualifies pipeline necessary to achieve assigned revenue targets
?Forecasts revenue for assigned accounts accurately and per given timelines
