Responsibility 主要职责：
1.Customer Focus; 关注客户；
2.Purchase materials to satisfy production demand; 采购物料满足生产需要；
3.Adjust the goods pull in/out delivery schedule in case of urgent order to meet production requirement; 调整供应商的送货计划来满足紧急订单的需求；
4.Inventory control including create inventory mode, push in/out delivery date and inventory quality control etc. 库存控制,包括创建库存模式,调整送货计划和库存质量的控制等；
5.Communicate with team member timely and actively to make the problems solved if abnormal condition; 当出现异常情况时和团队成员沟通解决问题；
6.Coordinate with Finance on timely & correct Supplier reimbursement & Payment; 协调财务和供应商等完成报账付款流程,形成一个闭环；
7.Communication with vendor to adjust delivery date and maintain in SAP system; 和供应商及时沟通并在SAP中维护送货日期；
8.Assist management other necessary work. 协助管理人员的其他工作。

Requirements 工作要求：
1.Action Oriented ,Problem Solving, Analytical, Customer Focus, Communication. 行动导向，问题解决，善于分析的，客户导向，善于沟通。
2.Experience as a buyer in a manufacturing oriented company. 有制造型企业采购员经验。
3.Knowledge of supply chain flow, including planning, purchasing, inventory. 具备供应链知识，包括计划、采购、库存。
4.Experience in using SAP systems. SAP系统操作经验。
5.Excellent analytical and systems skills. 优秀的分析和系统机能。
6.Cross-functional business understanding—SC, Mfg, Customer Services, Finance; 了解各部门业务-供应链、制造、客户服务、财务部。
7.Results oriented. 结果导向。
