岗位职责：

1. 调查、搜集和整合产品和供应商的“三证”信息，监控供应商的合规性变化，以提供足够的信息支持采购和登记工作的开展。

2. 了解合成路线和生产工艺以便为其它功能块提供有价值的信息。

3. 执行供应开发以满足登记和商业供应的需要, 参与供应商的谈判以获得龙灯登记所必须的各种文件。

4. 参与并投入产品评审、供应商评估、G-4会议和技术项目小组等跨职能小组的活动。

5. 组织工厂考察、技术交流和合作开发等工作。

1. Investigate, collect and collate product and supplier information of 3C; Monitor compliance change to sustain procurement and registration's expansion with enough information.
2. Understand synthetic route and manufacturing process in order to make the information available for other functions.
3. Execute source development to satisfy the requirements of registration and commercial supply. Participate in negotiation with suppliers in order to obtain necessary documents to support Roam’s registration.
4. Contribute to the multi-functional organizations including Product Review, Supplier Assessment, G-4, TPT, etc.
5. Organize business trip and exhibition visit for factory audit, technical exchange and cooperation development.

岗位需求：

1. 有机化学，应用化学等相关专业本科及以上学历

2. 两年以上研发实验室，制程放大和化工生产等相关工作经验。

3. 具有一定的合成和分析化学知识，熟悉农化产品及其生产工艺优先。

4. 有农化或相关行业策略供应部门，采购部门工作经验优先。

5. 英语4级或以上，良好听说书写应用技能，熟练使用微软Office系列办公软件。

1. BS or above with the major in organic synthesis, applied chemistry or related.
2. Two years or above of engineering experience in R&D, process scale-up and manufacture in relevant chemical industry.
3. Knowledge of synthetic and analytical chemistry, Knowledge in agrochemical product and manufacturing process is plus.
4. Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement in agrochemical industry, or related is preferred.
5. English CET-4 or above, with good listening, spoken and written skills. Skilled in Microsoft excel, word and ppt.
