Purpose of the job:

· Management and continuous improvement of coating process, ensure machine running smoothly.

· Support good environmental practices on site.

Key responsibilities

· Optimize and develop coating process

· Optimize and improve products quality

· Supervision of trial process and follow up result

· Participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement

· Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and repair of equipment

· Create process documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements

· Train operators about new processes and equipment.

· Backup daily all files and recorders on the file servers.

· Respect ISO procedures and company rules and regulations

Prerequisites

· Education and work experience: A college or above of education, with at least 2 years of working experience.

· Basic English language skills.
