职位描述
The Salesman will be responsible for sales of SIT Power Transmission products in the region. He/she will report to the Sales Manager. We expect the Area Manager to grow with the business and create a strong sales team with the Sales Manager.
Work location
NorthEast(Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning) or North(Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei) or West(Sichuan, Wuhan, Shanxi, Henan Chongqing).
Home office based according to candidate residence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Extensive traveling in the region is to be expected, as well as frequent contacts with the company headquarters in Shanghai.
· Identify sales opportunities in the assigned region, both with OEM and distributors.
· Build a solid customer base for SIT products.
· Provide technical support to customers in solving their power transmission problems and identifying the appropriate solution among SIT product range.
· Manage a well-balanced relationship with OEM, distributors.
· Define, in cooperation with the Sales Manager, promotional activities appropriate to grow sales in the region.
Requirements:
1. 5 to 7 years of experience in mechanical power transmissions, with technical knowledge in the field and experience of customers, competitors and distributors of belt transmissions. Good existing contacts with OEM customers and distributors in this field.
2. Proactivity , entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work autonomously and to cooperate in a team with the Sales Manager and with the group headquarters. Potential to grow with the company.
Sales Revenue Target
Company expects the candidate to be able to generate a 5,000,000 Rmb Sales Revenue in the first year.
