-For our Global Share Service we are looking for a Global Mobility Consultant at the earliest opportunity.
Introduction
Goals/Mission:
-The role of the Global Mobility or Delegation Consultant is to execute Inbound and Outbound Home based, Host Based as well as Home / Host Based Construction /Project Delegations for his/her area of responsibilities. The Delegation Consultant serves as the main contact for the Siemens units / entities and consults in all related delegation matters. He/she ensures that delegation services are delivered in compliance with mandatory Siemens Delegation Polices and Global Expatriate Management (GEM) Processes as well applicable law.
Working Partners/Contacts:
-Internal: GEM Governance, Service Management (SPMC), CF Taxes, HR, Business Units, Delegates
-External: Global tax provider, global and local vendors, government agencies


What are my responsibilities?
Tasks:
-Execution of all delegation in his/her area of responsibility
-Act as policy expert for delegation guidelines
-Consulting and supporting on international delegations / assignments to all involved parties in Siemens organizations in his/her area of responsibility
-In case of outbound CPD: Advise business units / project management in definition of project concepts (CPD), i.e. support in developing tax and social security concepts and working instructions for delegations to defined projects based on a corporate tax concept
-Prepare and maintain local info material, documents, briefings in respect to international delegations
-Ensure accurate provision of expatriate administration services within agreed timeframe, service levels with proper application of the GEM processes
-Secure correct application of GEM IT Tool (IHRIS); ensure completeness and accuracy of data
-Ensure proper exception and escalation management
-Ensure reporting on delegation statistics is accurate and provided on time
-Ensure proper GEM Change Request Management in co-operation with GEM Service Management
-Select local internal and external vendor services, in cooperation with the local purchasing department, e.g. removal companies, relocation service provider, visa service, real estate agents
-Monitor local internal and external vendor services


What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Education: Bachelor or above
Knowledge/Languages:
-English
-2nd language desirable (esp. German)
-Knowledge of internal global and local delegation policies, Siemens delegation processes
-International taxation: Income tax in connection with international assignments, basics of corporate taxation (permanent establishment, economic employer)
-Social Security: Impact of international delegations on social security
-Siemens Pension Principles, Company Pension Schemes
-Company and private insurance coverage in connection with international delegations
-Visa and Work Permit: Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
-Application of Cost of Living systematic as per Corporate HR User Guide (Cost and Quality of Living GDP, CPD Housing …)
-Knowledge of labor law
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Operational know-how on Siemens delegation IT-tool (IHRIS) application
Experience:
-HR background and/or experience in international delegation business desirable; relevant working experience is preferred
-Intercultural Experience, bi-lingual upbringing, familiarity with Asia
