职位描述

Job Purpose

He/she is expected to be an influential HR practitioner, responsible for driving CEVA DNA and critical strategic aspects of Human Resources largely focused on attracting, retaining, developing talent.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

?Propose programs and activities to build a conducive environment, in line with CEVA China development purpose, engaging employees and supporting growth
?Work closely with line managers to develop, implement and facilitate the use of orientation and induction program for all new employees within his/her territory, and help them to adapt to new environment, new position and new requirements etc.
?Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with company requirements
?Drive HR initiatives such as employee survey, employee engagement events, etc.
?In conjunction with HR team members to develop the organization’s annual consolidated development plans and schedules and consult on the appropriate sourcing of the required training
?Provide consulting and support to line managers in all aspects of employee relations including PIP, talent mapping and employees internal transfer to ensure department succession plan and productive work environment
?Coordinate and provide functional leadership to the implementation and use of reward and recognition programs including coordination of the annual salary review process, job evaluation, market salary survey participation, C-people.
?Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned

PERSONAL CAPABILITIES

Preferably at least 5 years or above HR experience in a multi-national company
