工作内容：
-依测评标准独立对参试者进行准确评估，撰写测评报告；
-支持销售团队，维护及深入开发客户，完成业绩指标；
-根据测评结果，为客户解读报告并提供人才选拔、任用建议；
-设计评价中心工具，协助心理测验的研发工作；
-设计测评报告的撰写架构；
-根据项目需要，为客户提供人才测评实施及培训工作。

任职要求：
-本科及以上学历，心理学专业优先；
-2年以上人才测评/人力资源领域咨询相关工作经验；
-掌握校招社招、评价中心、人才管理相关领域知识者优先；
-了解专业人才测评工具，有测评项目实施经验者尤佳；
-有良好的沟通协调能力，思维逻辑性强；
-具备团队协作意识，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
