-For our Industry Sector in TIANJIN,we are looking for a Product Manager/Drives 产品经理/传动.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Cooperate with SLC BU to transfer market information and requirement into product, solution or design change;

2.Support SLC BU to promote SEDL products and increase business result;

3.Collect and clarify routine questions about SEDL products (including technical, commercial, service, new product introduction, phase-out and certificate, etc.);

4.Continously drive product cost-down to improve SEDL product competitiveness;

5.Support SEDL GLS and Siemens RCs to improve SEDL export business (customer visit, market requirement collection, product promotion, etc.);

6.Organize within SEDL relative departments for HQ quarterly live-meeting about factory situation review (including technical issues, commercial data and logistic performance, etc.);

7.Distribute product information / announcement to relevant departments within SEDL and to SLC BU;

8.Drive, coordinate or participate internal process regarding to PLM (e.g. new product introduction, product update, phase-out);

9.Product training for SEDL internal department;

10.Product documentation for customer administration; periodical catalog / manual update and internal distribution.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Bachelor degree or above,major in mechanical ,elctrical engineering or related education;CET-4 or above.

2.At least 5 Years experience of product management in relevant industry;

3.Excellent know-how and knowledge about electrical drive products and motor;

4.Familiar with product management knowledge;

5.Familiar with industry marketing and application for regarded products;

6.Understand production process of related product;

7.Strong communication and presentation skill;

8.Strong cross-function leadership;

9.Fluent English both for written and oral;

10.Familiar with software (e.g. Mircosoft office, PMD, AGT, etc.).
