职位描述

-For our Global Share Service we are looking for a Specialist at the earliest opportunity.


What are my responsibilities?

Mission
-Independency responsible for GSS HRS data maintenance task which assigned in Beijing team and system support, including Orchid, 4Success, SOM etc. ensure defined service quality&efficiency support on future IT project.
Contacts:
-GSS external: Customers, users and external partners

-GSS internal: GO DC-China BL management & experts, GSS GO DC-China management & cross support functions, regional GSS BL

Responsibility (fully):

-In the respective area of responsibility delivers transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines

Compliance & Risk Management (fully):

-Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities

-Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers

-Provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC, etc.)

-Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer

Customers (& Partners) (fully):

-Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level

Processes (partially):
-Develops through professional knowledge of business processes and the role of GSS within the respective area of responsibility (fully)
-Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and/or instructions (fully)
-Demonstrates strong service delivery focus (fully)
-Implements continuous improvements of provided services through analytical KPI-based approach
-Implements new and updated processes
-Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements
-Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required
-Provides dedicated GSS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions
Processes (fully):
-HRS: Support/contributes to providing standard HR services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific HRS service lines.

Understanding quality management methodology, understanding quality KPIs, quality reporting, quality improvement programs, continuous quality and efficiency improvement, quality improvement methods and tools in the respective area of responsibility
-Project Management –Project Controlling/Closure
Elementary knowledge within technology field/ business method

-Financial Management –Productivity Management

Elementary knowledge within technology field/ business method

Further Required Knowledge
-Min. 3 year experience user knowledge in specific IT- Systems, e.g. SAP (and/or other systems if applicable), MS Office.
