Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above,
Over 8 years supply chain management experience and at least 3 years as senior manager as a plus;
Strong in leadership, people management
With team-building ability;
Excellent English skill, both in speaking and writing

Responsibility:
Ensure the team actively to implement all relevant local policies and procedures, achieve satisfactory results under the condition of cost-effective operation and keep continuous improvement to better the whole supply chain from materials perspective.
Driving and leading supplier related activities from cost and timing negotiations to resolving product quality issue for new and existing products
Identify new potential supplier, assess and compare suppliers’capabilities, evaluate cost benefits, and resolve issues. Recommend best fit suppliers for new production introductions
In charge of sourcing and inquiry work including new supplier development, long term agreement, supplier management
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing/Quality/Product develop functions to ensure efficient execution of supply chain logistics
Supervising to carry out responsibilities for the use of automated and computer logistics system;
Implementing internal logistics implementation
Optimize the capacity of current logistic center and ensure that inventory risks are proactively managed
Supervise and provide directions to forecasting, material control, warehousing, customs and logistics teams
Develop and implement selection and evaluation procedures or systems to improve the supplier and logistics service
