Requirements:
？8+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment with logistics,planning, inventory control and ERP experience.
？Team spirit. Willingness to work under high pressure .
？Self-motivated, flexible.
？Good problem solving skills.
？High level in logistic flows implementation.
？Familiar with Mapics.
？To have implement at least 1 ERP successfully.
？To be fluent in orders management.
Fluent in English.
Responsibility:
？Responsible for logistics planning, distribution, warehouse and transportation.
？Manages transportation costs and service and warehouse costs and serviecs.
？Manages storage capacity and operating procedures within each warehouse operation.
？Communicates across all business units, foreign subsidiaries and counterparts, suppliers and customers, the policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all border crossing regulations.
？Work with FedEx/DHL/UPS and their brlkers to insure smooth and fast customs clearance and import of scientific equipment.
？Manage all import and export related payment, tax and customs duties with import and export authorities, carriers, and 3rd party logistics to ensure safe, efficient and effective transfer across China and overseas.
？Responsible for warehouse management and supervision including products receiving, inspection, storage, rotation, order selection, order consolidation, repacking and products loading into delivery trucks within the warehouse.
？Deploy facilities, equipments and manpower resources to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets with good operation budget control.
？Responsible for managing all logistics activities in China.
