职位描述
Role Description:
— Perform more complex accounting activities in according with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
— Handling fixed asset accounting function, including project closure, approval filing, asset purchase and forecast, disposal, transfer, impairment provision and fixed asset physical verification
— Professionalise and centralise handling all holly-owned companies of accounting transactions including intercompany transactions, payroll accrual, FX & interest provision, recurring journal, etc.
Primary Responsibility:
— Prepare financial statements and other standard and ad-hoc reports in accordance with the local general accounting principles and IFRS and agreed timetable.
— LIFT GSR submission on time without major errors
— Check and analyse financial information and prepare other more complex financial reports, ensure GBU/BA analysis and forecast reporting accuracy.
— Reconciles balance sheet accounts on a timely basis.
— Responsible for annual statutory auditing and tax auditing
— Central process payroll accrual and reconciliation.
— Daily perform capital expenditure voucher collection, check, filing and internal order creation in accordance with capex DOA.
— Follow up project scheduling with functional fixed assets coordinators and project owners.
— Perform project closure and CIP transfer to FA.
— Coordinate with financial management team to perform fixed assets physical verification and difference analyze.
— Guide site finance and fixed assets owners for FA tagging.
— Perform fixed assets transfer, disposal and impairment provision.
— Prepare monthly project report to project owner as required.
— Provide supports on internal and external audit to area finance team required.
— Provide supports to JV finance staff related to fixed assets management.
— Interface with Planning team for investment projects.
— Handling SAP Investment Management tool for capex budget control and forecast.
— Other ad-hoc job assigned by his supervison.
Required key skills (functional/technical):
— Solid Accounting and Finance Skills
— Strong Interpersonal skills
— Strong communication skills.
Required Qualification:
— Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related
— 6+ years experience in broad range of general accounting functions with multinational companies, especially for fixed assets accounting.
— Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
— Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken,
— Conversant with PC operation, especially Excel ,knowledge and experience of SAP is preferred
