Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineer Supervisor
Reports To: Purchasing Manager

Job Summary (Purpose of Job ): Manage SQE team to assure suppliers’ quality system to meet company China standards and requirements.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
1) Manage SQE team
2) Develop and execute a LEAN supplier quality control system in line with company global standard
3) Implement and improve processes used to manage China supply base in line with global standard
4) Develop and track performance metrics for the company China supply base and drive improvements
5) Directly support the supplier selection process by performing supplier survey, plant audit, and sample validation
6) Initiate and lead regular communications with quality representatives from key suppliers
7) Own the implementation and improvement of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Pilot Build
8) Assisting suppliers and sub-suppliers to diagnose non-conformances and evaluate their corrective action plans to determine if implementation is complete and is effective in preventing reoccurrence
9) Develop staffing plans, resource requirements and budgets to support above objectives
10) Appraise, develop, and support staff, create training strategies and materials, to build a team to accomplish above objectives
11) Other tasks that may assign by direct supervisor or the company. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
1) Majored in mechanical, electro-mechanic or other related, bachelor above, prefer with quality engineer certificate & team management；
2) 8 years above experience in mechanism & automation manufacturing company, at least 3 years SQE management position.
3) Basic English application,CET4 above.
4) Familiar with ISO9001,PPAP,FMEA,8D .
5) Well master quality tool and application;
6) Good communication, interpersonal skill；
7) Good team spirit.
8) Willing to travel
