To be able to handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution with outstanding self achievement/performance.

Responsible for the team’s overall work performance and daily issues.

Initiate solutions and suggestion for Customers, Suppliers and Internal parties.

Train and Guide entre level / new comer with standards and quality.

1. Supervise and execute in handling day-to-day customer service, operation and documentation activities.

2. Guide and monitor the team in communicating with customers with effectiveness and professional manner.

3. Assist operation manager work for cargo consolidation planning; booking space & equipments with carriers.

4. Maintains required reports; documentation, overtime duties, performance reviews through established process guidelines of a team.

5. Maintains close contact with customers, carriers and service providers with regard to market conditions affecting service levels.

6. Ensure cost effectiveness of operations through established control of equipment, utilities and supplies.

7. Can make decisions and able to re-evaluate if necessary.

8. A pragmatic approach to work and the ability to be flexible when needed.

9. Ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.
