Requirements：
1.To motivate, direct and supervise the staff of Sales team..
2.To mrico-manage the daily sales activities of Sales Executive in accordance with system of the company.
3.To liaise with oversea principal so as to ensuring that market and pricing strategies are agreed.
4.To provide regular market reports and updating market information to oversea principal.
5.Marketing information collection and updating
6.Identify business opportunity and develop new accounts.
7.To provide regular counseling services to the sales Executives in order that they can air their grievances and frustrations in their daily sales jobs.
8.To liaise closely with the Documentation manager and Customer service manager to ensure smoothly cooperation with company internal.
9.Customer base develop, maintenance and management.
10.Sales employments advertise choice and training.
11.To ensure that all the systems and policies of the company are properly followed.

Capabilities:

1.A bachelor’s Degree or above
2.Good command of English both verbal and written.
3.At least 5 years sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines or transportation service providers, Experience in shipping lines is an advantage.
4.3 years manager experience leading sales team with 5 persons or above.
5.Strong market resource to bring sales team to achieve target.
6.Independent management skill, fast result in short term projects.
