职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Manage the assigned channel from the company.
管理公司指定渠道;
2.Develop new customers, maintain good relationship with the customers and optimize the customer management to develop the sales network.
开发新客户,与客户维持良好关系,发展销售网络使客户管理达到最优化;
3.Daily customer visit to maintain current customers and develop new customers.
每天拜访客户以维持现有客户及开发新客户;
4.Keep customers informed on new products and pricing and feedback the market situation to branch office.
及时将新产品及价格信息告知客户;并且及时反馈市场信息给总部;
5.Seeking the possibilities to launch more branding materials in the market and coordinate with related department to handling the launch process.
寻求市场合适的投放相关品牌物料的机会,与相关部门进行协调投放的相关流程;
6.Manages and participates in the development and scheduling of product promotion activities designed by the company.
参与及管理公司产品促销的计划及活动执行;
7.Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecast.
为更好地完成年度预算和业务预测提供资料信息;
8.Assures that the proper appointment of sales materials to channel development staff to ensure they are properly equipped to attain their market.
确保每位业务人员有足够的物资在当地执行业务和市场计划;
9.Coordinates with distributors on the execution of channel development plan and programs.
与经销商共同执行业务计划和业务项目;
10.Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.
准备市场发展趋势、消费者行为分析、竞争对手信息的分析报告;
11.Manages and trains Channel Development Representatives.
管理及培训业务代表;
12.Keep good relationship with customers and keep customers informed on product information or CME activities, pricing, changes, etc.
与客户保持良好关系,及时通知客户产品信息或渠道活动、定价、变化等等;
13.Review with customers to find out existing problems and provide suggestions.
与客户进行回顾总结,及时发现存在问题并提出解决问题建议;
14.Work with marketing team for the monthly CME activities, implement the approval CME activities and collect marketing supporting documents and feedback the result.
参与制定每月市场促销活动,执行已批复市场活动,收集相关文件并反馈结果;
15.Maintain current distribution and develop new accounts to increase distribution coverage.
维持现有经销商及开发新经销商以提高市场覆盖率;
16.Display DA product in stores creatively to increase the brand exposure.
做好陈列生动化工作,提高品牌曝光率;
17.Complete the Channel Mapping and reports set by the company on time.
按时完成Channel Mapping及公司设定的各种报表。
Qualifications:
1.Graduated from the colleague.
大专以上学历;
2.More than four years’ sales experience in stationery business or FMCG..
2年以上办公设备及相关耗材的直接销售经验;
3.Ability working under high stress, creatively and patiently.
能够在压力下独立、耐心完成工作;
4.Good sales skills, good communication skills, leadership skills and team building.
有良好的销售、沟通、领导及团队建设能力;
5.Can work actively and independently.
能积极、独立工作;
6.Ability to write, read and communicate effectively.
有良好的读写能力;
7.Basic PC skills.
基本的计算机技能。
