Main Responsibility主要职责:

1. Plans, organizes, and directs technical work involving new and existing Projects in support of localization and development in China.

2. Translates Customer product requirements into manufactural produce / process designs through project development activities.

3. Responsible for managing customer’s technical requirements with respect to successful development and manufacturing of the product with suppliers in China.
4. Manage timelines to accomplish tasks in support of the program timing.
5. Serves as a member of the Project Team by for Coordination of new designs, design changes and other technical activities.
6. Monitors and controls objectives, costs, and timetables of product design and development.
7. Participates as the member of the team to evaluate potential suppliers.
8. Evaluation of Pre-Production Components and process.

Requirement 岗位要求:

1. 3 – 5 years experience in product /manufacturing engineering in a JV or WFOE,

2. 3 years in a project engineer role or program management.

3. With Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.

4. Good English language skills both spoken and written.

5. With process and quality experiences in Auto industry is preferred.

6. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally required as needed.
