Position Required:
1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering, Master’s in Eng. Is considered as an advantage
2. Good Technical English is a big advantage
3. Good at Solid works, Good at MS office and Project, SAP, Net suite or similar ERP experience is considered

Accountability and Work Scope
1. PIPE AND HOSE ASSEMBLY DESIGN AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
— Prepare 3D Designs/BOM/ Component and assembly drawing and necessary technical specification
— Shares all the information (e.g. drawings / BOMs and other tech specs) logically and clearly to Procurement, Quality and Production to make sure they have sufficient information to successfully run their operations
— Verify that ETOLA products and services are designed, assembled, tested and delivered according to customer specifications and right materials. Design technically feasible solutions according to customer requirements, ensuring the correct quality and price level to enable competitive quotation.
2. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
— Managing the pipe and hose RFQs
— —.Open new codes in the ERP system for all new pipe and components
3. MBDO MANAGEMENT (NEW PROJECT)
— Responsibility of planning and managing customer projects from RFQ to delivery, ensuring OTD and right quality. Project control plan is a must with exact due for the key tasks and the whole project
— Be the One-Window contact person for the responsible sales person (e.g. CM, Sales Eng / Rep)
— Supervise the Zero-Batch production and ensure the progress of the assembly
— Verify that assembly is done correctly and with right components, check the validity of the drawings/BOM and update if necessary
— Be present on the customer site during delivery and commissioning if necessary
4. SALES SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL PROBLEM SOLVING
— Provide training and troubleshooting a assistance for both customers and ETOLA family members
— Work together with Quality/Sales/Purchasing to analyze and solve customer quality complaints
— Analyze the expenses, resources, time, and technical requirements of procuring, assembling, QC-testing, delivering and after-sales support. After understanding the Total Cost, support sales to make competitive and realistic quotation to with the business.
