Responsibilities

1.全面理解项目合同，在执行项目时保护公司利益。 Fully understand project contract to protect company interest during project execution. 2.编制项目计划，有效进行风险管理。 Define project plan and make risk management. 3.建立项目小组，分配项目任务。 Establish project core team and assign project tasks. 4.控制项目进度，保证项目的准时交付。 Control project schedule to ensure on time delivery. 5.监控项目质量，保证产品可靠性。 Monitor project quality to ensrue reliablility. 6.维护客户关系，保证较高的客户满意度。 Develop customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction. 7.支持部门和其他部门改进业务流程。 Support to improve business process in PM department and other functions.

Qualifications

1.本科及以上学历。 Bachelor or above. 2.八年以上工作经验，五年以上相关管理经验。 Minimum 8 years work experience, at least 5 years' relevant experience. 3.具备一定的计划，风险和商务知识，拥有机械行业知识更佳。 Has planning, risk and commercial knowledge, and mechanical industry knowledge is a plus. 4.拥有PMP认证更佳 PMP certificate is a plus 5.流利的商业和技术英语，以及良好的中文能力。 Fluent commercial and technical Englisch, Chinese skill; 6. 具备一定的沟通协调能力，具有一定的领导能力。为人积极主动。 Good communication ability and certain leadership; Self-motivated
