职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 及时收集与反馈目标区域市场行业、项目及竞争对手信息,为公司决策提供参考依据;
2. 执行目标区域销售与推广计划,努力达成区域销售目标,不断提升所负责区域销售业绩;
3. 与客户保持密切沟通,适时跟踪推进目标项目,有效传递所负责产品与服务优势,为项目投标做好基础性工作;
4. 正确编写投标文件,认真做好负责区域的产品投标工作;
5. 及时了解中标项目进展情况,执行项目过程中的协调和售后服务工作;
6. 与所负责区域医疗机构、政府及关键客户建立良好业务关系,协助公司建立客户档案;
7. 配合公司市场人员组织各类学术及市场活动;
岗位要求:
1. 医药相关专业大专或以上学历;
2. 2年以上医疗器械或医药销售经验,在当地有较好的客户资源优先;
3. 具有良好的职业素养、销售技巧和高度的责任心;
4. 较强的观察能力和应变能力,能够处理复杂的突发事件;
5. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;积极主动,勤奋踏实,抗压能力强。
Responsibilities:
1. Collect and review information on target market’s dynamics, activities and competitors in a timely manner; re-organize information for efficient decision-making;
2. Implement regional sales and marketing plan; meet regional sales targets and keep pursuing for better sales performance;
3. Maintain close connection with customers; follow up promotional projects proactively; deliver information on products and services’ strengths to customers effectively; prepare the basics for project biddings;
4. Prepare tender documents accurately; execute regional project-bidding tasks;
5. Follow up the successful biddings progress; coordinate and conduct after-sales service;
6. Establish positive and close business ties with medical institutes, government and key customers; assist in customer accounts setup;
7. Facilitate other marketing staffs in academic and promotional events organization.
Requirements:
1. Associate Degree holder or above in Medicine or medical related field;
2. Minimum 2 years of medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales experience, priority will be given to those with better customer access;
3. Excellent working attitude, sales techniques and high sense of responsibility;
4. Strong observation and excellent problem solving skills, particularly in difficult situations;
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player, outgoing, hard-working and willing to work under pressure.
