Core Accountabilities
? Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. 根据工厂政策和程序管理生产一线运作。
? Commit to HSE regulatory compliance for the operation of the department. Inform employees of known or potential health hazards and risks, complying with legislative requirements and providing, maintaining proper work procedures, practices, standards and rules. 确保生产运行符合HSE要求。通知员工已知的或潜在的安全危险和风险，遵循立法的要求，提供和维护正确的操作流程，活动，标准和法规。
? Monitor all process documentation and assure staff are trained and certified for the tasks they are performing. Train and coach production line employees. 监控过程记录，确保所有员工已经得到必须的培训并且经过考核证明他们有能力从事相关工作。培训和指导生产一线员工。
? Coordinate with Department Manager for appropriate staffing levels. Conduct employee performance reviews. 与部门经理协调合适的员工配置。评估员工绩效。
? Keep up the effective communication (periodical short meeting) with shift members to create an environment that inspires, motivates and rewards teams and individuals, and ensure the deployment & implementation of relevant instruction. 通过定期班组会议与本区域员工保持有效沟通，以创造一个积极向上的团队和个人并确保相关指令得到部署和执行。
? Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. 负责本班次日程安排包括：作业分配/轮换，员工休假，员工休息，加班安排，缺勤人员替换和班次轮换等。
? Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. 协调生产启动，停机和转换。
? Organizing, directing and supervising staff to achieve the department objectives. Ensuring effective process control to maintain production efficiency and scrap levels within budget requirements for cost reduction. 组织, 指导和监督员工以实现部门的目标。确保有效的生产过程控制，以使生产效率和废品水平控制在预算中，实现成本的降低。
? Responsible manufacturing process meet process flow and products meet all quality requirements to supervise all operators operation meet WI and audit for error proof check and equipment check and first off are followed as requirement. Assure all operation within standard operating procedures (SOPs). 通过监督所有员工的操作符合作业文件的要求和督察所有的防错检查、设备点检和首件检查来确保制造过程符合工序要求和生产出来的产品符合控制计划中的所有质量要求。确保所有的操作都符合标准作业程序的要求。
? Engage TPM activities to create Operators 5S and cleaning list on TPM time ,monitors team leaders and operators do first level maintenance and 5S cleaning. 通过建立在TPM 时间内实施的5S活动和清洁清单，并监督组长和员工执行第一层次的维护和5S的清洁来参与TPM的活动。
? Provide information on the equipment or process step performance, status of floor special activities. Responsible to collect, maintain, and monitor the process data on a day to day basis, and bring any concern to the department daily meeting. 提供设备、生产过程的情况以及生产现场活动的状况信息。负责收集、维护、监控日常生产过程数据，并将任何议题带至部门例会。
? Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Department Manager. 和其他生产领班及部门经理保持沟通。
? Work with team members to continuously improve the process. 与团队成员一起不断改善生产过程。
? Assist in production时协助生产。
? Other duties as assigned. 安排的其他任务。


Qualifications
? Graduate in mechanical/metallurgical college and above. 机械或冶金专业的大专以上毕业。
? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as shift supervisor in the machinery/metallurgy processing industries. Good floor management and lead skill.至少5年机械/冶金行业主管以上工作经验。良好的一线管理能力和领导能力。
? Experience in heat treatment furnace, hydraulic equipment, machining equipment is preferred. 有热处理炉，液压设备，机加工设备工作经验优先。
? Good team work spirit. 良好的团队合作精神。
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently. 较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。能够独立工作。
? Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧。
