The Alert Coordinator takes responsibility for coordinating CJLR Alerts, according to CJLR Alert process.
Alert协调员根据CJLR Alert 流程的要求,负责协调所有CJLR的Alert。

The Alert Coordinator is based at the production manufacturing facility in Changshu. Take responsibility for coordinating CJLR Alerts, according to CJLR Alert process. Such as: Encoding for alert application, Recording all alert application, notifying all CJLR relevant departments with necessary information, Record all alert implementation information, Tracking alert progress, Reminding requestor for closing or extending in time, preparing all report about alert based on management level, manage Alert intranet system, etc.
Alert协调员的工作地点在常熟。根据CJLR Alert 流程的要求,负责协调所有CJLR的Alert。比如:给所有的Alert申请编号,将必要的信息通知到CJLR的相关部门,记录所有的Alert执行信息,跟踪Alert 的执行进展,提醒Alert申请者按时关闭或者延期,根据管理层要求准备Alert的所有报告,管理公司内网上的Alert系统,等等。

Notify alert information to all relevant departments, record information from implement departments. According request, do the presentation about alert status in cross function alert meeting.
向所有相应的部门发布Alert信息,记录执行部门反馈的执行信息。根据要求在跨部门Alert协调会中,展示讲解Alert 状态。
1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
要求:
1.Degree in English / English related field.
英语或者英语相关专业。
2. Good general computer skills inc. MS office suite. Especially for Excel, 熟练的计算机技能,包括MS office,特别是Excel。
3. At least 2 years relevant work experience. 至少两年的工作经验。
4. Good at communication, especially communicate with cross function team. 善于交流,尤其是在跨团队交流方面。
5. Basic knowledge about vehicle. 基本的汽车产品知识。
6. Willing to take the lead, be accountable for decisions and challenge others to deliver. 愿意担当和挑战
7. Experience of working with multi-national OEM .
有跨国公司工作经历。
