工作职责：

1. 通过对客户直接和系统的访问以确认在用梯客户的需求与期望;
2. 进行在用梯的销售，保持和发展与现有及潜在客户的关系;
3. 计划、管理、实施在用梯服务（维修、保养改造等）;
4. 对在用梯维保质量（含委托保养）进行定期的检查，为前线人员提供训练机会和帮助;
5.帮助在用梯业务销售员及时的申请与收回到期款项;
6. 处理客户投诉;
7.对在保电梯进行质量检查;
8. 参加工作现场安全与健康检查、进行观察 (安全巡视)，完成审查/检查改进行动并记录结果；
9. 管理现场的安全状况，及时整改存在安全隐患的不符合项；
10. 按照法律及公司的要求收集处理危险废弃物。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历;
2.持有效《特种设备作业人员证》;
3.具备5-8年安装维保现场工作经验技能;
4.擅长人际关系和沟通组织能力、现场施工管理能力及电梯规范等知识;
5.熟练使用计算机;
6.工作细致、团队合作精神、自我激励、高度责任性.
