职位描述
Accountabilities：
1. Recruitment:
–Work with line managers to define the detailed job description and job requirements for open positions;
–Publish recruiting advertisements through Internet, job fair market, internal posting, etc. and manage the info;
–Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, face to face interviews, assessments and reference check for the candidates;
–Provide professional observation and comments to line managers on their decision making;
–Support on-boarding process, including pre-employment medical check, preparation for on-boarding, etc;
–Organize different recruitment projects such as Campus Recruiting, Job Fairs, etc.;
–Make sure the recruitment activities complying with the hiring procedures and budget, make improvement when necessary.;
2. Training:
–Design annual training and development plan in accordance with the training needs' analysis results.
–Coordinate and monitor the process implementation of annual training plan as well as recording.
–Responsible for training results evaluation. Evaluations the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improves the training effectiveness accordingly.
–Establishes and maintain training management system and process, including training nomination, attendance and course evaluation etc.
–Conducts research on training exposes to prepare and control overall training and development budgets. Uses the training funds appropriately, and keeps the cost within the budget.
3. Employee Relationship Coordinator: Responsible for team building, newsletter, monthly communication, town hall meeting, awarding, etc.
4. Regular Reporting & Data Consolidation
5. Perform other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in HR function;
3. Good command of oral and written English;
4. Good communication and influence skill;
5. Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
