Accountability:
1. Process repair estimates submitted by vendors in DeportSmart on a timely manner and compile daily status summary reports for Regions to take follow up actions accordingly;
2. Conduct audits to PTI reports and post-repair reports submitted to DepotSmart by vendors;
3. Compile statistics and reports on data gathered in DepotSmart, in pre-defined formats, on a regular basis;
4. Create iJos-NT job orders for repairs reported “complete” and PTI reported in DepotSmart in accordance with the pre-defined payment period.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanism/reefer related field;
2. 2-3 years working experience in container repair processing preferred;
3. Good command of both oral and written English;
4. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
5. Knowledge in container buildup;
6. Familiar with ISO standards & Reefer machinery makers Maintenance Manuals;
7. Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
