Activities:

1. Field visit with network sales during pre-sales and after-sales to assist on expanding the business.
2. Provide related trainings to the customers and sales team.
3. Communicate closely with Marketing regarding the specific products information and new specifications and the trend.
4. Responds and answers customers’ technical enquiries through the knowledge, experience of TOTAL lubricant products and the support from TLC technical and quality department to smooth customers’ technical concerns.
5. Implement the action plan of technical Department.
6. Presentation preparing for the seminars and trainings.
7. Coordinate oil test with 3^rd part lab and deliver the analysis report to customers.
8. Analyze competitors’ product quality and performance compared with Total product.
9. Guide customers to use lubricant product reasonably and provide professional lubrication recommendation.
10. Handle and follow up product complaints or consultation from the customers on technical issues ;

Qualifications / experience required:

1. College or above, major in mechanics or chemistry will be a plus.
2. Above 3 years technical service or sales and distributors management experience, Lubricant or Auto industry will be a plus.
3. Understand the Automobile lubricants standards and specifications.
4. Excellent service attitude, adapt frequent business travels
5. Excellent communication and expression skills.
6. Team work player, can work independently.
7. Conversant with PC operation.
8. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken.
