Title: Regional General Manager
Location: Ji Nan or other Shan Dong Province City

Job Descriptions:

1. Be responsible for distribution of financial products focusing on PE and Fixed Income Trust in Shang Dong Province
2. Be responsible for branch offices set up and daily management across Shang Dong.
3. Be responsible for sales force recruitment, training and management to ensure delivery of the sales target.
4. Be responsible of running promotional events and activities to facilitate the sales.
5. Be responsible to maintain client relationship and on-going client service to ensure quality of after-sale service and gaining more share of wallet and gaining referral from the client.

Reporting to: VP of Investment Consulting Department

Job Requirement:

1. Extensive sales team management experience in financial service industry.
2. Strong sense of accountability and result driven.
3. Familiar with Chinese financial service market and products.
4. Charming character, good presentation skill and public speech capability.
5. English speaking preferred but not must.
6. Education in finance or certificate preferred but not must (CFA, CFP, AFP, RFP, ChFP ect)
