1， 组织实施生产部下达的生产计划,保质保量地完成生产任务.
2， 根据公司对车间发展的规划拟定人员编制,并报公司批准;培训员工,带好队伍,积极深入了解员工的思想动态,采取合理的措施确保车间的稳定.
3， 根据公司质量部门的要求,配合车间质检人员作好员工的质量培训,提高员工的质量意识, 抓好车间的质量管理工作;深入贯彻公司的安全生产制度,确保安全文明生产;领导车间做 好 5s 管理,创造良好的工作环境,以身作则,提高员工的素养.
4，计划安排工厂车间的生产任务,监督各车间主任能够合理安排生产,明确产品的质量要求和执行标准,把产前会上的内容切切实实地落实到生产中去.
5，根据车间的生产计划,主动提前了解各项准备工作(面,辅料,工艺,设备,仓库, 等)的情况,确保车间生产时流水的畅通.
6，随时跟踪车间的生产进度,每天必须要有详细的生产报表交生产部.
7，,及时解决生产过程中出现的问题,要做到问题早发现早解决.
8,要协调车间与各部门之间的工作,互相配合,协商解决存在的问题.
　
职位要求：
1. 男，机械专业，大学本科，
2. 三年以上机械制造企业或相关行业工作经验；,
3. 具有相关岗位的理论和实践经验；
4. 有钢结构生产行业一线管理工作经验，具有筑路机械及相关行业装配经验优先。
5. 英语优秀的人员优先。
