(1) 在行政总监领导下负责公司人事工作,起草有关人事工作管理的初步意见.
(2) 负责按用人标准配备齐全各类人才,人尽其才,合理调配员工到最适当的岗位上,做好人才挖掘,引进工作.
(3) 负责保存员工的人事档案,做好各类人力资源状况的统计,分析,预测,调整,查询和人才库建立等工作.
(4) 具体负责办理招聘,劳动合同签订或续签,以及职务任免,调配,解聘,离退休的申请报批手续.
(5) 具体负责员工户藉调动,职称评定,住房分配预案测算等管理工作及办理其申请报批手续.
(6) 负责落实劳动安全保护,参与公司劳动安全,工伤事故的调查,善后处理
