2、制度的制定和完善，文件通知的起草、收发和归档登记工作；
3、办公用品及相关物资的采购，各部门每月度办公用品的统计、购买、发放；办公设备的日常维护；
4、公司人员的招聘、面试安排；
5、员工入离职手续的办理，日常考勤管理；
6、企业员工商业保险的定时缴纳和人员信息定期更新汇报至上海总部；
7、公司领导交办的其他工作。
8、男性、有网络管理经验、黄岛胶南地区者优先考虑。
任职要求：
1、工作认真负责，积极主动，有团队合作精神；
2、 有良好的沟通能力及协调能力；
3、 大专及以上学历，相关专业、相关工作经验优先。

Shanghai Hertel Yanda Installation Engineering Co., Ltd is a joint venture company between Dutch Hertel group (holding) and Yanda Construction Co., Ltd. with location at Shanghai Feng Xian Chemical Industrial Park.
