One year related working experience

隔周夜班 冬季 12:30am - 8:30 am, 夏季 11:30pm - 7:30am 有丰厚夜班津贴





Accountabilities:



1. Reconcile the Vessel load list;

2. Monitor the movement of containers to the marine terminal and verify OOCL has the proper documents when the final terminal load is submitted;

3. Arrange late gates as required;

4. Update bookings in terminal systems;

5. Monitor drayage from the ramp to the terminal for intermodal rail cargo;

6. Act as a liaison between the terminal and the Customer Service Dept. on all cargo unacceptable to load;

7. Compile final terminal load lists and notify all affected parties via e-mail daily.





Requirements:



1. College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;

2. 1 year relevant working experience;
3. Good command of both oral and written English;
4. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
5. Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
6. Must be a team player.
