Accountabilities:

1. Design and deliver training programs based on organizational development strategy to enhance employees’ competency to strive for business performance excellence.
2. Benchmark and network with educational and management institutes, other organizations and professional associations, propose best practices to improve the overall organizational performance
3. Analyze training data under all training categories to work out continuous training solution to improve training quality.
4. Research regulatory requirements and propose development needs and enhancements; communicate changes; monitor compliance to defined standards to ensure that the corporate standards and legal requirements are met, and to minimize risks to the company.
5. Assist in special programs for HR family.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Good command of both oral and written English.
3. Advanced level in MS Applications; Basic knowledge in InfoNet-2 will be valued.
4. Mature, opened-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Strong interest in HR-training field.
6. Must be a team player
