Accountabilities








1.To work with customer on WMS implementation plan and monitor
the implementation progress.




2.To work with customers to define requirements within project
scope, map requirements onto software functionality, develop best-fit model and
identify gaps and specify requirements for development and integration
specialists




3.To work as part of a project team, apply solution
experience, application expertise and industry best practice to design
operational flow and deliver solution to help customers achieve best practice.




4.To support go-live and roll-out of solution




5.To deliver training and on-site support to customer during
system verification and production stage.




6.To deliver consultancy to customer and development team
regarding application functionality and possible enhancements




7.To continuously identify productivity barriers and develop
solutions to improve.




8.To draft implementation documents, including training
materials, online help, and FAQs.








Requirements








1.Bachelor degree or above in
logistics or computer related field.




2.CET-6, good in oral and written
English.




3.In-depth consulting skills,
business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise in order to achieve
customer expected business results.




4.3+ years experience on warehouse
management system implementation or equivalent, experience with warehouse automation
is a plus.




5.Demonstrate a clear
understanding of the business and background of logistics industry, apparel
industry experience is a plus.




6.Strong written, verbal and
non-verbal communication skills, with ability to conduct formal and informal
presentations in both small and large group.




7.Ability to convey information in
a concise and professional manner




8.Ability to ask effective
questions and solicit feedback to understand needs




9.Passion in learning new
technology




10.Good team work spirit




11.Knowledge and experience in
software system development is preferred.
