Accountabilities

· To work as part of a TMS project team, apply solution experience, application expertise and industry best practice to design operational flow and deliver solution to help customers achieve best practice.

· To deliver consultancy to customer and development team regarding TMS functionality and possible enhancements.

· To work with customers to define requirements within project scope, map requirements onto software functionality, develop best-fit model and identify gaps and specify requirements for development and integration specialists

· To continuously identify productivity barriers and develop solutions to improve.

· To work with customer and project team on TMS implementation plan and monitor the implementation progress.

· To deliver training and on-site support during system verification and production stage.

· To draft implementation documents, including training materials, online help, and FAQs.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above in logistics or computer related field.

· CET-6, good in oral and written English.

· In-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise in order to achieve customer expected business results.

· 3+ years experience on transportation management system implementation or equivalent, experience on well known TMS is a plus.

· Demonstrate a clear understanding of the business and background of logistics industry, experience with transportation network planning and optimization is a plus.

· Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with ability to conduct formal and informal presentations in both small and large group.

· Ability to convey information in a concise and professional manner

· Ability to ask effective questions and solicit feedback to understand needs

· Passion in learning new technology

· Good team work spirit

· Knowledge and experience in software system development is preferred
