Operations Coordinator-T/S Team-OCHL

Accountabilities:

· To
arrange the fixed four lines of in-house barges, which transship cargo to
inland China.

· To
transship the inbound cargo via public feeder to inland China.

· To
trace the t/s cargo status and keep the inland office informed. After cargo
loaded, send load wire to inland colleagues.

· To
revise the Route of inbound transshipments in system.

· To mark
the job order of inbound transshipments.

· To
reply equip from customers about import and t/s shipments via telephone or
email.

Requirements:

· Bachelor
degree above, major in logistics related

· More
than 2 years working experience in multinational shipping company

· Good
command both in English and Chinese

· Familiar
with transportation area

· Familiar
with operations procedure in shipping company

· Detail
oriented

· Can
work under pressure
