Accountabilities

Entry point for sales team of selected customers- to assist AP/EU/NA region salesperson for Core BCO /TMNVO business and render general administration support to the Sales team.
Core BCO teamsite set up and maintenance- to capture or consolidate customer SOP of the Sales team and build the Core BCO teamsite with SOP and useful information to meet the requirements of CSD project.
Marketing Research & Analysis on Core BCO customers; Set up and maintain the Tibbr subject (both public and private subjects) of Core BCO, post the related news and updates of Core BCO on Tibbr subject regularly,
Reports generation to support Core BCO/TMNVO customer analysis internally- e.g. CSD initiatives and KPI reports; Core BCO review program and performance result analysis.
Reports generation base on Core BCO /TMNVO customer requirements- to provide appropriate assistance to sales team per customer's particular need of reports.
To follow up the various CSD projects as backup team. i.e. maintain and facilite the CSD initiatives platform; to update salesperson in Core BCO team list; coordinate the Core BCO team formation and group verification; assist the customer segment project; follow up AB usage report and unassigned sales code monthly review, etc.

2.Complete assignment timely as instructed and required with high standard of accuracy.
3.Complete projects timely as required.
4.High standard of data quality.
5.High standard of accuracy adhere to the report submission schedule.
6.Requirment should be updated promptly and accurately.
