Accountabilities:

1. Rate Quotes for NAG region customers
Handle rate inquiries on all trade/bounds for NAG region customers
2. Bids/Tenders Handling for NAG region
Rates, surcharges, service particulars input for bids/tenders participation
3. CSO/Agreement Builder processing
4. CPF Maintenance including update in contacts, notifications, etc.
5. Sales & Customer Reports
Being responsible for running reports on regular basis to all region sales in NAG in order to have common & standard tool in measuring performance.
6. Third-Party Portals Utilization
7. GT Nexus system usage - Being familiar with GT Nexus system to handle rate inquiries, bids requests.
8. Acuitive Solutions - Audit bls for customers to solve freight discrepancy

Requirements:

1 College graduate or above
2 Hardworking, team work sprit, mature, open-minded, customer-driven
3 Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
4 CET 6 is the minimum, above is preferred
5 Good in both oral and written English
6 Good knowledge in Microsoft applications especially Excel
