职位描述

1. Customer Service Department (客户服务)

Accountabilities

1. Coordination of Inbound shipment handling, including but not limit to the documentation collection, filing, reporting, system input, etc.

2. In Compliance with SOP to ensure the inbound logistics service delivery to meet customer’s requirements.

3. Reporting to the inbound team leader.

2. CHB Department (报关部)

Accountabilities:

1. Coordinate with Custom House regarding policy, daily operation;

2. Perform Customs declaration with Custom House;

3. Coordinate with related parties to ensure pass Customs declaration successfully;

4. Verify the export Customs document submitted by shipper and ensure the data integrity;

5. Ensure data transaction successfully with Custom House;

6. Well manage the process of Tax Refund and solve any problem in it immediately.

3. CLOG Department (全球运营中心)

Accountabilities:

1. NT-Marine Job Order creation in accordance with OOCL procedure

2. Issue Job Order number announcement to F&A department for related account.

3. Process repair estimates submitted by vendors in DepotSmart on a timely manner;

4. In charge of equipment data quality for the assigned regions/countries

5. Manual capture of equipment events for Non-EDI facilities of assigned regions/countries;

Requirements:

1. University degree

2. CET-4 or above, good command of both oral and written English;

3. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;

4. Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit.
