Accountabilities
? To process the procurement and supply of ship stores and lashing gears for OOCL fleet management department managed vessels
? To research study in pricing and quality of stores, and container lashing gears
? To random check onboard the quality of the supplied stores and lashing gears and the vendor service
? To screen the requisition data and quantity of the ship's requisition especially for items bound by rules and regulation requirements
? To carry out cost control and saving program as assigned
? To be responsible for invoice processing
? To keep updated procurement control record for budgetary control

Requirements
? Bachelor degree, preferable with Marine Engine knowledge
? Knowledge in procurement and ship supply management
? Knowledge of material for marine and familiar with marine supply marketing
? Knowledge and experience in the supply of ship stores and container lashing gears
? Knowledge of vendor & quality assessments
? Basic accounting knowledge, statistical, analytical and negotiation skill
? Good communication skill
? Proactive,self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Teamwork spirit
? Good command of English and MS-office application software including Word & Excel
