职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Prepare costing for customer orders. Understand cost of purchased components and factory dept costs. 理解生产和采购件成本，根据客户订单核算产品成本。
2. Design manufacturing process, calculate process standard time, labor force requirement.设计生产工艺，计算工序标准时间，所需人工。
3. Design & optimize production line & work floor layout. 设计/优化生产线和车间布局
4. Design fixture and tool to improve capacity. 设计工装夹具/工具以提高产能
5. Work method analysis, balance the flow line to yield higher efficiency. 工作分析，改善生产线以提高效率
6. Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time. 主管指派的其它工作
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Industrial / Manufacturing engineering机械、工业或制造工程本科学历
2.1+ years work experience in industrial engineering of manufacturing industry prefered. 1年以上制造业工业工程师工作经验优先
3.Proficient in IE/Lean improvement practices in machinery manufacturing industry prefered 精通工业制造企业工业工程或精益项目操作者优先
4.Be proficient in AutoCad; Familiar with process reduction techniques 精通AutoCad,熟悉流程简化技术
5.Be proficient in Pro/E or 3D model. Knowledge about forging, machining, assembly, quality system prefered 精通Pro/E或3D模型，有锻造、金工、组装和质量体系背景者优先
6.Good communication skills. 良好的沟通技能
7.Good English writing and reading skills， advanced listening and speaking skills prefered 英语读写能力良好，听说良好者优先
