Responsibility:
1, Responsible for fixture design according to process requirement根据生产、工艺的需求，设计、制作工装夹具
2, Make improvement for machining process and SOP definition 机加工工序的工艺改进以及SOP的制定等
3, New production line or fixture design for new product 新产品导入项目：设备线体及工装夹具设计。
4, Responsible for design, technical definition and release for out sourcing project related fixtures 负责夹具的方案的设计、开发、确定、安装、调试和验收
5,Be part of improvement project for production related job参与和工装、生产相关夹具的改进项目
6,Other task defined by leader 完成领导布置的其他任务


Qualification:
1, Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Industrial / Manufacturing engineering机械设计制造及其自动化专业等相关设计专业本科毕业
2, Be proficient in fixture design and related work experience preferred 熟悉机械行业工装夹具结构设计，具备相关设计经验者优先
3, Be proficient and have working experience in machining process and related equipment, 熟悉机加工的工艺及设备， 有相关的工艺从业经验
4, Be Proficient in Pro/E, AutoCAD or Solid works 熟练使用Solid works、AUTOCAD、pro-E等设计软件
5, To be a team player and good communication skill有良好的团队合作理念和沟通技能
6, Target orientation and responsibility awareness 责任心强，工作踏实、严谨、认真，服从安排
