Qualifications:

University graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent

CICPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification

At least 7 years relevant manufacturing accounting working experience in MNC, at least 2 years in supervisory or management position. 5 years in American company preferred.

Good knowledge in costing, familiar with finance planning & auditing.

Good knowledge in both China and US GAAP reporting

Good knowledge in China tax regulations & the US Sarbanes Oxley Act.

Good spoken and written English & Mandarin

Good sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail and goal-oriented.

Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, able to drive change, able to work under pressure.

Responsibility:

1. Improve and enhance company internal control policies and accounting procedures.

2. Supervise & monitor the daily operation of Finance Department to ensure smooth running of the department

3. Be responsible for company annual & quarterly budget, monthly forecast, prepare periodic analysis of actual performance against budget, provide explanations and propose business solutions of operational improvements.

4. Be responsible for costing & project cost analysis.

5. Be responsible for exchange rate & cash flow management,

6. Be responsible for internal control and process improvement, liaise with auditors both internal and external.

7. Provide timely & accurate financial information by ensuring financial statements and reports are produced according to generally accepted accounting principles and on schedule.

8. Liaise with the local tax authorities

9. Engage operation staff in financial decisions and make recommendations, if any to assist the operation staff in their managing of the Profit and Loss.

10. Participate in any matters of financial importance

11. Other duties as assigned.
