职位描述

Location: Chengdu, Sichuan, China

Responsibilities:

Agree,monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets for both new and existing customers and be accountable for the overall team performance. (e.g. +) margin,growth,named customer CVP,customer churn and trade debtor target.)

-Motivate the team to exceed these targets e.g. through prospecting

-Be accountable for personal and team development and arrange appropriate training to achieve agreed development goals and improve competencies

Coach the team to meet development goals and to exceed team and individual targets provide development guidance to team

-Provide regular performance feedback to team members and conduct/facilitate the performance management process Set,monitor and act upon Key Sales Indicators to motivate and manage staff

-Develop and maintain good working relationships and contacts at the appropriate levels with the Service Providers to assist FBAM,OBAM and KAM to resolve complex issues across functions.

-Ensure that team and self,work within agreed authority levels with credit management,pricing and debt to ensure that there is minimum risk to the Company.

-Ensure Sales team to record all customer interactions and that they are accurately captured in the appropriate systems.

-Ensure that the team is providing the required level of service to customers at the most appropriate cost.

-Ensure subordinates act within strict Health & Safety guidelines leading by example and be responsible for proactive HSE issues that may impact themselves,the office or customer


Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications required Solid track record in indirect business management

- Demonstrated coaching and motivation skill in team management

- Strong selling skill to win new customers or develop business relationship with existing customers

- Profound working knowledge of Go-forward distributor operation (DPMS, Drill and D-spancop)
