Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for preparing rate sheets for agents to check and ensure outbound O/F collection;
2. Responsible for summarizing lists of inbound O/F and THC for agents to check and collect them timely;
3. Responsible for handling freight amendment and ensuring correct memo should be issued timely;
4. Responsible for transferring the checks to bank, if any;
5. Responsible for checking cash payment request and reimbursement monthly;
6. Responsible for preparing cash flow statement and bank statement monthly;
7. Responsible for preparing bank balance report on every Monday and arranging remittance to SHA, if any;

Requirements:
1. University graduate in Finance / Accounting related subjects;
2. Relative working experience welcomed
3. Knowledge of business practices and procedures in a professional field, and shipping knowledge prefer;
4. Fluent in both oral and written English;
5. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
