Accountabilities:
To generate reports to support
customer analysis in line with Lead CSU requirements, e.g. Vessel on time
performance, Lifting performance, etc.
To design and prepare customer
required reports by using of internal data sources.
To prepare proactive scorecards for
Core customers and liaise with regions for the fact finding as required content
in the scorecard.
To maintain the team site for Core
customers and keep the Customer Care Contact list (includes
Sub-Team Lead/Regional Members of the Customer Care Team as nominated by CCSV/HKG,
Regional CSV Managers) up-to-date.
To set up and maintain the CSV SOP
on team site for respective Core customers.
To communicate and coordinate with
respective Sales and Customer Care Team Members on the implementation of the
CSV SOP.
To support GCC/SHA new project if
any.
Requirements:
Fluent English, both oral and written
Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics, Business or related
Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry
1+ year work experience in customer and territory management is preferred
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Skillful communication with internal and external
Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience
Strong PC skills required (Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
