RESPONSIBILITIES
职责

Primary responsibility is to support the business operations in AGC, so that maximum benefit is gained by users of the information technology services. The emphasis will be on supporting users by providing technical assistance ,ERP enhancing and troubleshooting issues by:
主要负责支持AGC商务运作，确保用户信息技术服务的最大利益。主要向用户提供技术辅助支持，ERP系统优化和故障解决。

Hardware and software support:
硬件和软件支持：

? Installing, setting up and maintaining hardware,especially for the servers, software and peripheral equipment;
配置、安装和维护硬件，尤其是服务器，软件和外围的设备；
? Providing technical support to users and IT equipment or software purchasing support, such as model No. selection and configuration requirment etc.;
向用户提供技术支持和IT设备或软件采购支持，如选型和配置需求等；
? Assisting the Systems Administrator in day-to-day operations, such as creating new users etc.;
协助管理者系统的日常运作，类似增加新用户等；
? Working with users to troubleshoot problems and issues;
协助用户排除故障和问题的解决；
? The other weak current systems whatever it concerned with IT should be supported.
任何涉及IT领域方面的其他弱电系统支持。

ERP program support:
ERP程序支持

? Analysing user needs on ERP;
分析用户对ERP的需求；
? Coding, testing, debugging, maintaining and documenting programs and applications;
编码，测试，故障排除，维护和程序文件编制和应用；
? Design and documentation of process and user manuals.
设计和编制程序文件及用户手册。

General support:
综合支持

? Evaluating existing systems and resources, to help plan future activities and upgrades;
评估现有系统及资源，帮助计划未来实施和提高；
? Monitoring existing usage of systems and equipment to minimise downtime;
监督现有系统使用和减少设备故障停机时间；
? Producing requirements documentation and system plans;
出示需求文件和系统计划；
? The others was assigned reasonably and legally by department manager.
部门经理所分配的其他合理合法的工作。

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
资格和学历需求

A degree or diploma in either Business or Information Technology, or evidence of computer support knowledge or training.
商务或信息技术本科或专科学历，或获得计算机支持知识或培训证书；

PREFERRED SKILLS
技能要求

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate would be expected to possess;
成功的候选人需具备如下条件：
? A good understanding of modern PC operating systems such as Windows, and business in general, perferred in manufactoring and distribution environments;
拥有现代计算机运行提供专业知识，类似Windows 和 综合商务软件，完善制造和分销环境的软件功能；
? People skills to be able to work with users at all levels.
能协助处理各级别的用户问题；
? Good communication skills in speaking and written English.
较强的英语说、写沟通能力；
? Knowledge and experience in productivity software(such as Mic. Office),database structures,programming, Dephi preferred.
具有良好的办公软件（如Office 软件），数据库结构， 程序知识和经验，熟悉Dephi为佳；
? Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, and experience in designing report using BI tools be in an advantage.
具有良好的ERP系统知识和经验，设计报告所使用的BI工具经验为佳；
? The person if he is able to will handle both AG China and AG Korea，to be able of speaking and writing in Korea will be an advantage
该候选人若能同时处理Alfagomma中国区和韩国区，具备韩语说写能力优先；
? Ability to work to deadlines and self-manage priorities.
具有相应工作能力期限及自我管理为优先。

ADDITIONAL NOTES

There will be the occasional need for out-of-hours work, as is standard in the IT industry.
